WHICH VEHICLES COME WITH OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
All new Toyota and Scion vehicles (cars and trucks) and select pre-owned vehicles. Pre-owned Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundia, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, and Subaru cars and truck 2005 and newer with fewer than 50,000 miles are included.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY AND FOR HOW LONG?
The components covered are exactly the same as the 5-year/60,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty but we extend the warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle. The warranty is valid for as long as the original owner owns the vehicle - for unlimited time and unlimited miles.
IS THERE ANY EXTRA MAINTENANCE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE WARRANTY?
No extra maintenance is required. You simply must receive the scheduled maintenance as recommended by the Toyota manual.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF MY SERVICE COMPLETED AT CHATHAM PARKWAY TOYOTA?
While our award winning service department will certainly exceed your expectations and maintain your records for you, you are not required to have all of your service done at our dealership but you must provide copies of your service records.
WHERE AM I COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
The Lifetime Warranty applies to participating dealerships and service centers anywhere in the United States and Canada.
