Chelsea was amazing and helpful throughout the whole process . I would definitely recommend asking for her when buying a car . Left the other Toyota dealership to come here to avoid being had basically, and we weren't disappointed. Very refreshing to meet a car saleswoman who is there for your needs and doesn't push things you don't want . Toyota speaks for itself , pushing someone into a car they can't afford is not helping the customer and this is what we liked , a genuine person for once . Very nice place .

This was my very first visit to Chatham Parkway Toyota, and the experience was very pleasant and refreshing! My service advisor Yeiza was really welcoming, attentive and thorough! She is wonderful to work with. While waiting on my service, I have to opportunity to observe and speak with other great staff who all were just as pleasant and helpful.
