Wow, what a wonderful experience we had. On Christmas Day my car decided to go haywire with ton of alerts going off. One major alert was because our brake lights went out. Everything was closed on Christmas so we just dropped the car off at the service center and used the key drop. We talked to Teisha in n the morning. And she let us know what the issue was and the cost. Then she was able to dig up that we had already replaced something so we should still have a warranty. This saved us $500+. She was super communicative, responsive and just overall very kind and professional. It was a great experience and we felt she went above and beyond to help us. Especially since we were from out of town and needed our car to travel the next day.

Today has been the most happiest day I’ve had in the past two years and I have to say that because we’re in a new year already lol but Logan has definitely went above and beyond his job To help me get Into a affordable vehicle of my liking And not to mention, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the loan process and was able to explain a whole bunch of things to me that I never knew or understood before.
