I experienced wonderful customer service from Corelle. After a bad experience with a Kia over a year ago I was a little nervous about buying a car again. Mr. Corelle eased my concerns answered all my questions and I was able to secure a 2025 Toyota RAV4. A huge shout out to Chatham Parkway Toyota & especially to Ms. Tiesha!!!! I had a transmission failure that was covered under the lifetime warranty. It took a little while to get the insurance company to process everything, but having Ms. Tiesha in your corner the whole way was reassuring. She is amazing!! I am a loyal customer already. I purchased my last 2 new cars there and will buy there again when I need another car. I hope Ms. Tiesha moves up far in the company. She has customer service and treating people with kindness down to perfection.

Willy was fantastic to work with and was able to work a good deal for us after having issues with a defective vehicle. Michelle took great care of us on the service end of things. Chatham Parkway did everything they could to repair our vehicle, and when it became apparent that this was a manufacturer defect that could not be resolved at the time, they stepped up to the plate to take care of us, and get us into another vehicle. Great experience all around!
