Went in to look at a 2017 Navigator we weren't able to get the deal across the finish line. After a little back in fourth I was offered a finance option that would have been financially devastating 😲 so we looked at a cash option I offered them 17k but they said we were too far apart overall ive had worse experiences at dealerships. And who knows maybe yall will get 20k for that thing at the dealer auction but I got a feeling thats not how its going to go down 😏.

My husband and I worked with Stephen and Seth and they were amazing. We unfortunately did not end up purchasing a vehicle because the numbers weren’t where we needed them to be right now but we will be back again in the future because they were such a breath of fresh air compared to the other sales people we had been dealing with at other dealerships in the area. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because of the manager that we dealt with I believe he goes by Sarge. We had told Seth the numbers didn’t work for us and Sarge came back trying to tell us the numbers will work even though he didn’t get them down at all. I told him the max we were able to pay and he kept trying to convince us to raise our limit by $100 a month. It felt very pushy and like he wasn’t listening to what we were trying to say which is why we didn’t like the other dealerships we went to.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chatham Parkway Toyota, and so much of that was thanks to Jabrielle “Brie”! From beginning to end, Brie was incredibly helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt. She made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free, and we were able to leave with the exact vehicle we wanted! What we appreciated most was how well taken care of we felt throughout the process. We never felt pressured, and we didn’t have to go through endless, unnecessary negotiations just to get a fair deal. Everything was straightforward and respectful, and we left feeling confident that we received a great vehicle at a fair price. We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. Status update on a Toyota Camry purchased at Chatham Parkway Toyota in 2009! This wonderful car was brought to the Netherlands in 2010 and enjoyed sixteen years there with a committed owner before being purchased last week by me and imported to Vannes, France. It was due for service and needed . . . only windshield wipers. Excellent car, rides and looks like new! I hope to enjoy it another sixteen years!

Stephen Smith sold me a car today. The process was painless, quick, and easy. I went to the dealership with a friend for an oil change, and drove off the lot in a 2022 Honda with only 33k miles.
