I stoped by to have them give me an estimate on fixing my bumper and they stopped what they were doing and fixed it immediately by pushing it back in and did not charge me anything. That is very unusual for anyone that could have charged me and didn’t. Great job and thank you for saving me $$$$$$$

I can't say that I was excited about driving over 4 hours to Chatham Parkway to buy a used car, but the experience changed my mind. Dee Phillips took such good care of us, from our initial text exchanges, to talking on the phone, to taking care of us face to face. Her friendliness, approachability, honesty, and passion were just what we needed. In hindsight, I'm so happy we made the drive! And Charlie in Finance was the icing on top. I can't say that I love buying cars, but I can say that this was a great car buying experience!

I can't seem to create a new review so I just wanted to add that Ms Michelle in service is amazing! I took my car in for routine maintenance and it was quick and easy and she ensured everything was covered under my warranty. And she washed my car for me! I absolutely love my new 2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback! They took such great care of me here! Thaddeus is the BEST!
